ONE HD and ONE Digital launched in major Ten regions last night with a half hour "Welcome to ONE HD" program featuring athletes and ONE on-air personalities.

Following from this was an AFL match broadcast on Ten Digital and ONE HD. From now on, 24/7 ONE will feature sports such as AFL, NBA, NCAA Basketball, NASCAR, Poker, Paintball, Netball, Swimming and much more. Not all of these will be available in high definition but a large portion will be.
Today, the Melbourne Formula 1 practice session proved ONE useful with complete coverage from midday to 7pm without interruption. Also, for the first time ever, the F1 featured DD5.1 audio, although unfortunately it isn't yet available in HD.
